Building a 4TB RAID6 box for 1 EUR/Gbyte

At work we currently started a new project. Building a 4TB box for 1EUR/Gbyte. With current disk prices this seems a high price, but remember it's including the hardware and RAID6 redundancy. This is the current parts list for the project:

SC933T-R760 - 3U 19" rackmount chassis with 15x Hotswap SATA
P4SCT - Pentium 4 Motherboard with 3x PCI-X
Areca ARC-1160 (16x SATA300 RAID PCI-X64/133) 128MB - Areca 16ports RAID6 Controller
2Gbyte DDR ram
Intel® PRO/1000 MF Server Adapter - Gigabit Fiber Network Adapter
Pentium 4 3.2Ghz Extreme Edition
15x 320 GB Hard Drive from Western Digital
